So day 2 of being upstate. (well Orange County, NY is not really upstate but for some reason we are labeled that way) Mom made pancake batter, as she has done pretty much every weekend of my life with the recipe listed below. They are amazing, love em, can't get enough of em!
I went out with my little brother's boss last night just to the bar in town. He's such a good guy so I hung for a little while with him and his cousin. They're both stand up gents haha
Today my plans are pretty much nothing I guess. This is what happens when I come upstate. There is no one home so I have nothing to do. I haven't checked the weather yet but if it isn't below 40 I will go for a run.
